Spaghetti Seasoning Bali

Ingredients :
  • 1 pack of spaghetti (250 gr)
  • 200 g minced meat
  • 5 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1 / 2 cans tomato paste
  • 3 tomatoes thrown away the meat into small cubes 
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 bay leaves 
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce english 
  • 2 cm galangal 
  • 3 lime leaves 
  • Parmesan cheese, salt and sugar to taste 

Blended Spices :
  • 5 pieces of red chilli seeded 
  • 5 pieces of red onion 
  • 3 pieces garlic 
  • 1 / 2 tomatoes 
  • 1 / 2 tsp shrimp paste

How to Make :
  • Heat water to boiling the spaghetti to taste to boiling.
  • Then boil the spaghetti until cooked, remove and drain. 
  • Add two tablespoons of cooking oil to prevent sticking spaghetti. 
  • Sauté the crushed spices until fragrant and cooked input bay leaf, lime leaves, galangal and soy sauce english, saute until fragrant, add tomatoes. 
  • Enter the minced meat, tomato paste, continue cooking until the tomatoes were destroyed. 
  • Add salt and sugar.

How to Serve :

  • Put the spaghetti on a plate, pour on top of spaghetti with minced meat stir. Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese, ready to serve.
